1. Acceptance of Terms & Parental Consent

By downloading, installing, or using the Ai Kids Guru application ("App"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any minor child authorized by you to use the Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of the Educational Service

Ai Kids Guru provides interactive educational software for children, including voice-assisted Q&A, math games, creative storytelling, and logic puzzles.

• AI-Assisted Educational Content: Stories, responses, and creative activities are generated using curated child-safe artificial intelligence models with human-designed guardrails.
• Educational Purpose: The Service is designed as an interactive learning companion and does not replace formal schooling, psychological counseling, or medical advice.

3. Permitted Use & Child Safety Conduct

You and your child agree to use the Service strictly for lawful, educational, and non-commercial personal purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with parental PIN gates, content filters, or security controls.
• Use the App to generate, input, or solicit harmful, abusive, harassing, or adult content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any code, artwork, character assets, or audio belonging to Ai Kids Guru.

4. Intellectual Property & User Creations

All mascot illustrations (including the Ai Kids Guru character, robot buddy, and emblems), animations, sounds, trademarks, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Ai Kids Guru.

Child-Generated Stories & Artwork: Any stories, creative drawings, or choices made by your child within the App belong to you and your child. We claim no ownership over the creative outputs your child generates.

5. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Free Trial

The App may offer free learning modules alongside optional premium subscriptions ("Guru Super Learner"):

• Billing: Subscriptions are processed securely through the official app store billing platform (Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase).
• Parental Gate: In accordance with children's app store guidelines, all purchases require passing a secure Parental Gate (such as solving an adult math problem or biometric confirmation).
• Cancellations: You may cancel anytime through your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain rigorous multi-layered child safety guardrails, no automated system is 100% infallible. Parents are encouraged to periodically review their child's interactions and use the Parental Guardian Center tools.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
