🔒 Your Data Rights as a Parent
In accordance with Google Play’s Account Deletion Policy, Apple App Store Guidelines, and COPPA, parents and guardians can request the full and irreversible deletion of their account and all associated child data at any time without needing to install the app.
How Data Deletion Works
When you request data deletion:
- Immediate Profile Purge: Your parent account, child avatars, nicknames, and saved preferences are disconnected.
- Learning History Cleared: All math scores, generated storybook history, and badge collections are permanently erased from our databases.
- Cached Audio Discarded: Any ephemeral voice processing records are purged immediately.
- Processing Timeline: Automated requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion.

You may also request account deletion through any of the following channels:
- In-App Deletion: Open the Ai Kids Guru app > Go to Parent Guardian Center > Enter PIN > Tap Settings > Tap Delete Account & Data.
- Direct Email: Send an email from your registered address to privacy@aikidsguru.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
